Anyone here use KIMI insoles(the kind you wear inside your shoes)to increase height ?
if so , how tall did you grow in 3 months?

I am taller than most of my friends I am about 5%26#039;3 and my best friend is 5%26#039;0 and the other is 4%26#039;7ish. What are some shoes that WONT increase my height besides flats and tennis shoes that are still in fashion and are versital and defffinatly CHEAP!

You may be done growing but if you%26#039;re not it%26#039;s going to be happening very soon. Make sure you eat enough food to get all your nutrients everyday and don%26#039;t overdo the exercise. If you concentrate on wanting your body to grow taller, and you REALLY meditate on it with every bit of concentration you have, as often as possible, it couldn%26#039;t hurt. Weirder things have happened. As far as 5%26#039;1 being %26quot;okay%26quot;- definitely. Sure it%26#039;s shorter than average but not extreme or anything. I have a friend who is 4%26#039;11 and it%26#039;s not even an issue.
