Has anyone used kimi insoles(the kind you wear in your shoes) to increase height ?
fact is..insoles will only make you taller while you%26#039;re wearing them. once your body is done growing, that%26#039;s it, in fact, your body begins to slowly shrink as you get old.
the theory behind how they work sounds solid...but i don%26#039;t believe it.
